Glass UV Bonded Display Cabinets

UV bonding is the process of adhering (typically) two pieces of glass together using a special UV curing adhesive to create a very strong bond. The adhesive we use, if done correctly, will only be slightly visible and will have a smooth and professional appearance.

We can create lots of display ideas, glass cubes, cake stands with shelves and also we can incorporate our LED lighting. We offer State-of-the-art design, manufactured to the highest standards by our own craftsmen and each uniquely styled Pedestal.

Custom bespoke Glass Boxes & Cabinets, crafted to suit a variety of display needs, begin at around £350 for a 400x400x400mm sized, 5 sided glass box.
Up from that we can create a UV bonded box with a display plinth underneath called a pedestal (which is glass bonded box on a matching plinth with or without cupboard approx 1m high) These start from £1250 upwards
However, for a standard 1-meter models. Ideal for exhibiting a range of items, from collectibles to personal treasures, these cabinets merge functionality with aesthetic appeal, can be from £3000 upwards

Larger, more elaborate UV bonded boxes/tanks, display areas boasting features like mirrored or suede floor, advanced lighting, security systems, and wood veneer bases start from approximately £5.800. These exquisite cabinets are perfect for presenting diverse and precious collections.

Projects involving quantities and customisation and even UV protection and laminated glass for a distinguished shop brand was accomplished for multiple glass bonded plinths for about £12,000. This project filled the shop with high end branaded display units which were UV bonded with lighting and more.
Out hand made craftsmanship, enabled us to create the right display for the project that not only protected the items within, but was functional too.
